Today I got closer to loosening up, but I’m still not there. In fact, far from it.
New and Frustrating
Today I finally got back to painting. I’m happy about that. It’s been a very long time. And we also installed a brand new air conditioning unit in the little window in my studio over the weekend! Woo hoo!
Disarray
I never thought there would come a day where I would be swapping out my drums for something like air conditioning, but that’s exactly what I have decided to do.
Auspicious Occasion
Here I am on this auspicious occasion. So many things to celebrate. Woo. First off, I haven’t smoked in over 30 days now. Isn’t that something? Well, yes. It is.
Day 18
I haven’t smoked a cigarette in 18 days. You’d think I’d be proud of myself, but all I want is to smoke a cigarette. Still, I haven’t yet and I’m just getting by day by day so far. In fact, I have been pretty holed up in my house so I won’t go out and buy a pack. I’ve been doing that on purpose, but the other day I was able to go out and see the Eva Hesse movie with a few of my friends in Santa Monica.
