Weak in the Knees

I saw the neurosurgeon yesterday, and unfortunately, I don’t have that much new information. I liked him okay. He was a plethora of information, really. But I won’t know how we are going to address the aneurysm until after a CTA (Computed tomography angiography). This next part is gross and it may make you weak in the knees.

New Health Rant

A short while back, I wrote about the incredible headaches I was having. I had them every day for about three months following walking pneumonia. After months of both issues (since the beginning of the year), I only got back to work a few weeks ago. This is because my new neurologist found a migraine drug that worked. It’s called Qulipta. I take it every day, and then Nurtec as a rescue medication. Compared to before, I hardly have headaches, and when I do, they don’t last as long as they did before. Whew!

Who Cares? Judgey Christians Do.

Hannah and I just got back from a week-long trip to the Chicago area. We were there for a few reasons: 1. for our niece’s queer wedding (Yay!), 2. to celebrate out 26th anniversary, and 3. to see our good friends who recently moved to Chicago. Sounds jam-packed, but we had a lot of time to relax as well.
