I sent in my little book to be printed almost a week ago. The proof was finished fast, but now it’s lost somewhere in Pennsylvania. According to the tracking, it’s been in York for over 4 days. That’s a big bummer. By the time I get it, approve it, and print 30+ copies, I feel like my plans for the book will be too late for both the Kickstarter and my show.

Believe it or not, I am still waiting to make an appointment with a neurosurgeon/interventionalist! I have to wait until they call me because the doctor reviews all the referrals before you are even able to make an appointment, even if it’s urgent, like in my case. I have a mind to call my insurance company about it and complain, but I am going to try to be patient.

Got my referral to the neurosurgeon/neurointervention-thing. I have a referral for both doctors, but one of them has a dual specialty, so I’d rather go with him. He’s in Rancho Mirage, which is about an hour away. The other guy is in Riverside (about an hour away in the other direction). I don’t know if it matters which direction I go, but I’d rather hit two birds with one stone.
