Going Through It

I haven’t smoked in 17 days now. I’m wearing the last step of the patches, plus I’ve gone a day here and there without wearing one at all.

I haven’t had a smoke in five days as of today (again). This is when it usually gets hard for me and I break down.

I put out my winter newsletter early yesterday morning…was it yesterday? Yes. It was.

Today I’m going to get a new consultation from my surgeon.

I’m thinking about interviewing some of my artist friends about their art process and posting them here.
