I’m still not quite sticking to a good painting schedule, but we just got over a four-day holiday weekend here, so I wasn’t exactly wanting to work. I did some work on the promo project, which is very close to being finished. I’m just waiting on more photo wallet envelopes from eBay, but I’ve got everything else done. Pretty much.

Hair and PR

My CT scan came back in pretty good shape. They put my head back together correctly, not that I really thought they didn’t. The area we were concerned about was just some scar tissue that still needs to heal up. Now I don’t need to go back to the surgeon for six months, get another CTA right before the next visit, so, I’m good there. No worries.

Framing and Finishing

It’s a lot easier to sit and type a blog post than it is to work on art. Funny, sometimes I think about going back to writing and forego art altogether. That probably sounds like I don’t like making art. Well, most of the time, I don’t. Surprised? Don’t be. All I do on my blog is complain about art and my health. It’s more relaxing to type.

Shouldn’t be Working

Well, I’m kinda back to work. I worked on a watercolor all day, but like always, I’m not sure I liked how it turned out. It didn’t quite capture my intentions. I also can’t piece it together when scanning it. I’m usually really good at that, but I can’t seem to do it today. Probably because I’m out of it, tired, and dizzy. I should be resting.
