Going Through It

I haven’t smoked in 17 days now. I’m wearing the last step of the patches, plus I’ve gone a day here and there without wearing one at all.

Perhaps I should mention again that my virtual show at Craig Krull Gallery, All’s Well in the High Desert, has been up since the 7th.

You can’t regret what you can’t control. It’s impossible.

I haven’t had a smoke in five days as of today (again). This is when it usually gets hard for me and I break down.

I’m thinking about interviewing some of my artist friends about their art process and posting them here.
