I’ll Rest in February

This is the last week of my show, On the Mend. It ends on Sunday. Whew! In many ways, it seems like it went on forever. It was a long show with lots of programming. This past Sunday, I led a multimedia workshop that turned out pretty well. I anticipated the worst, of course, but everyone seemed to really like it. I should learn to be optimistic already.

Lazy Days Before the Dogs

Failed Intentions

This has been a hard week. I wasn’t going to talk about this. It’s embarrassing, or rather, I feel ashamed. But we wound up adopting a dog last weekend and then returning him to the rescue three days later.

Distorted Thoughts and Dogs

I’ve mentioned before that Hannah and I are doing the Noom program. It’s still going pretty well. It’s all psychology-based, mainly DBT-type focused, and it’s almost magical the way it’s been helping us.
