I’ll Rest in February

This is the last week of my show, On the Mend. It ends on Sunday. Whew! In many ways, it seems like it went on forever. It was a long show with lots of programming. This past Sunday, I led a multimedia workshop that turned out pretty well. I anticipated the worst, of course, but everyone seemed to really like it. I should learn to be optimistic already.

Coping Ahead

As of this past weekend, my most recent show, THIS LAND, ended. I thought about going out there on the closing day, but I didn’t. Instead, I went to get a COVID booster and took it easy. I’ve been feeling a bit sick ever since. Good thing I’ve been resting.

Keep On

Days have gone by and I’ve basically done a whole lot of nothing. It’s occurred to me that I get this way after art shows, and even though the Art Tours wasn’t an art show per se, it took a lot of time and energy. Now I’m in that nosedive that I usually take after I have solo shows.

Thoughts & Rest: A Survey

Been trying to get back into the swing but I still have a lot of putting away to do. It’s more than I anticipated. I’ve also been slow in getting things organized. That’s okay though. I need my rest. There’s no real deadline to get everything back in order or anything, so why not?
